Tie&Dye Substance Filter

I've seen a lot of these come back this summer, so here's an attempt at making a SDesigner filter out of it x) There's built in patterns but you can add custom ones, as well as a different heightmap if you already have a fabric material!
I might have to chage up some things but it should be available on the marketplace very soon :)
